HOW TO FIND US - BY CAR

Directions from Motorway (avoiding Promenade)

From M55 Junction 4, take 3^rd exit - A583 (Preston New Road).   Continue along Preston New Road (A 583) for about 2 ½ miles

At the end of the dual carriageway (at the traffic lights by CSL Furniture Store) carry straight on along Park Road [B5390 – direction Tower]

Continue along Park Road for about 1½ miles

At traffic lights at the end of Park Road bear left onto Church Street.   (You can only turn left!)  [A583 – direction Town Centre]

Turn IMMEDIATELY right at the next traffic lights onto Cookson Street.  -  STAY IN MIDDLE LANE.  Continue through one set of lights.

At the traffic lights (by the Bus Station), carry straight on and keep in the RIGHT HAND lane.   [direction F ’ wood]

At the traffic lights, turn LEFT into Talbot Road, but stay in the RIGHT HAND lane then bear right at the next traffic lights into Dickson Road

Move over IMMEDIATELY to the LEFT HAND lane and continue along Dickson Road.   [direction Fleetwood]

At the mini roundabout (by the Claremont Hotel) turn right into Pleasant Street.     Grampian House is immediately on the left.

If you get lost, head for the promenade, then…

Directions from Promenade [N.B. Do not attempt to travel along the promenade in the evening, during the illuminations!
– Unless you have a couple of hours to spare!]

Travel north past the Tower (i.e. with the sea on your left!) You will soon see the North Pier on the left

Pleasant Street is the forth road on the right after the North Pier (about 800 meters).    Look out for the Claremont Hotel on the corner.

Behind the Claremont Hotel you will see two mini roundabouts.     Turn right at the first, then left at the second roundabout.

Grampian House is immediately on the left.
